Week 3: Yoga
I took on yoga for week 3 of #fitforsevens and loved all of it.
A big takeaway was to trust your yoga and to be patient with the process. I mostly followed beginner yoga flows and took it pretty easy during most workouts. It can be easy to get discouraged, don’t give up and as Yoga with Adriene says: “find what feels good”.
Breathing into the movements really makes a difference in your ability to get deeper into the stretches. I learned a lot about how important your breath is in yoga and I found that those lessons about breath helped me out in high intentsity workouts as well.

I set a goal for the week to get upside down at least once, and I conquered my fear of kicking up against a wall. That was the highlight for me and something that I never ever thought I was strong enough to do.
A question for you all:
Should I do more weeks with yoga that focus on specific types of yoga? (Aerial yoga, hot yoga, etc.)
