This little #applewatch hack changed the game for me. 3 minutes makes a big difference!

How to set your Apple Watch a few minutes fast:

  1. On your watch, head to your “settings” gear.

  2. Tap it.

  3. Click “time” from the menu.

  4. Navigate through the “set watch face display time ahead” screen.

I have mine set ahead by 3 minutes and it is perfect for me. I’m (less) late to meetings and leaving the house in the morning. It doesn’t impact calendar notifications or anything else so it really does help me to get to places (more) on time and less late.
